Return & exchange policy
Q. What is your return policy?
- Returns are provided for ALL ITEMS (except Best Buy/SALE/Discounted Items)
- Return must be done for an item(s) in its orriginal condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
- Return must be done within 7 working days upon receiving your order
- Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
- Color of puroducts may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected
- Minor imperfection (small black dots/small stain/loose thread) which are not obvious and doesn't affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect
- Refund would be done as a store credit voucher, STRICTLY no cash refund allowed.
- Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
Q. What is your return shipping cost for unsatisfactory item?
For unsatisfactory items (change of mind/doesn't fit/quality not up to expectation), the return & exchange or initial shipping costs will be borne by BUYER
**A processing fee of RM5 will be charged per item returned. For example, if the returned item costs RM100, you will receive a store credit of RM95**
Q. What is your return shipping cost for defective item?
For defective items (incorrect item/incorrect size/big stain), the return & exchange shipping costs will be borne by DESIREE3
**Customers are strictly required to inform us within 7 working days, thereafter, any request and exchange will not be entertained**
**If the replacement piece is no longer available, credit voucher with no expiry date will be issued**
